Make the most of your time at the Women into Work Jobs Fair by following our top tips!

• This event is a brilliant way to connect with employers, explore new industries and take positive steps towards your next role. A little preparation can go a long way. Think about how you’ll introduce yourself confidently (your elevator pitch!), prepare some questions in advance, and approach employers with a smile.
‍
• Even if a company doesn't have a suitable role for you right now, you can ask them for advice on their industry and tips on how to stand out in applications. Be open-minded, visit every stall, and you might discover a career path or training programme you hadn’t considered before.

• Share your experience! Post about your day on LinkedIn, take photos, tag us on
Instagram (@smartworkscharity) and build your personal brand. You can use
#SmartWorks #WomenIntoWork to further your reach.
