Our latest research revealed:

• Women applied for an average of 38 jobs

• 27% applied for over 50 roles without success.

• 34% spent more than 25 hours a week job searching.

Against this backdrop, our 67% success rate is a testament to the power of targeted, practical and emotional support. When confidence is rebuilt, and skills are sharpened, women go into interviews ready to shine — and it shows.
