Smart Works is a UK-wide charity supporting women who are unemployed or on a zero-hours contract into work by providing free interview and career coaching as well as interview-appropriate clothing. 63% of women get the job just one month after an appointment with Smart Works. Our service is a lifeline for thousands of disadvantaged women across the UK, helping them regain their self-belief and escape the hardship that comes with unemployment.
